I was a little dubious - it sounds great in theory, but the execution...? I was suprised - it's a great flavor - the cheese is the strongest note, and the bacon flavor is the second taste that hits you, but it's not overwhelming - it adds a note of umami (savory) flavoring that makes this a very unique and addictive popcorn.
